About Nikita Clark

Founder, software architect, and AI product strategist. I help founders build production MVPs without agency bloat.

I am a software architect and the founder of Junzi Tech Solutions, where I run JunziDev — a lean MVP studio for founders who want to ship, not to manage an agency. My work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and pragmatic engineering: I design systems that are genuinely useful, measurably reliable, and small enough for a senior team to hold in their heads.

Technical expertise

Over the years I have built and shipped products across the modern web and mobile stack. My core areas are LLM integrations and AI product strategy, SaaS architecture and clean data modeling, and cross-platform applications with React and React Native. I am as comfortable scoping an AI MVP in a founder's living room as I am hardening its data model for scale.

My philosophy on development

I believe most software fails in scoping, not in coding. The discipline that matters is deciding what not to build. A great MVP proves one workflow is worth paying for — everything else is a distraction dressed up as a feature. I own the data model, the prompts, and the evaluation harness; I rent the infrastructure that does not earn its place in the core.

Frameworks are rented. Models are rented. Your data model is the thing you own — so design it like you mean it.

This is the entire idea behind no-agency-bloat development. A senior architect working directly with the founder, measured by shipped software rather than hours logged, will almost always beat a large team optimized to fill a contract. Fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and an architecture designed by the person who has to live with it.

How I work with founders

Engagements start with scope: the single sentence that describes the job your product is hired to do. From there we draw the build/buy line, design the data model, and ship the core workflow to real users — usually within six to eight weeks. You get a production-grade foundation you can hire against, not a prototype you have to throw away.

If that sounds like the partner you are looking for, the fastest way to start is to get in touch or learn more about JunziDev. You can also follow my insights for deep-dives on AI and architecture, or connect with me on LinkedIn.
